Local pickup

Pickup is from our home in Melbourne's west. The exact address is sent with your order confirmation email — we don't publish it publicly to avoid drop-ins outside pickup hours.

Pickup hours: After 4pm (except Monday, Friday), or by appointment

Delivery

We post seedlings within Victoria and to most eastern-state addresses via Australia Post express. Live plants can't go to WA or TAS due to interstate quarantine rules.

How to order

1. Browse the seedling range and add what you want to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and choose pickup or delivery.
3. Complete your order — payment is by bank transfer (BSB and account number provided on the confirmation page).
4. Transfer the amount within 48 hours to hold your order.
5. We'll confirm by email once payment clears and let you know when your seedlings are ready.

Orders are potted the week your payment clears. Seedlings are not held without payment.
